DESIGN & STYLING
TVS gets an adorable and contemporary design which is completely new, as compared to the previous model. It appears to be more arrogant and flamboyant than the previous.
At the front, it boasts aggressive appealing headlamp setup that comes mated to a wedge-shaped LED pilot lamps. This beasty front look is a new trendsetting element with more of attitude and rebelism all the credit to “TVS”.
It also gets a decent digital instrument cluster and an analog tachometer, a blue-lit LED display for the best information to the rider.
TVS Apache RTR 180 sides get a new aerodynamics and revamped tank cowls in order to reduce the engine heat.
As of the stylings, the tank gets some new decals with carbon finish on the tank panels to enchant the rider.
The tail part is very aggressive with the employment of full LED lights which now adds more illumination on dark and invisible roads.
The black alloy wheels with white strips are very sporty and upmarket too while the suspension setup with gold paint enhances the overall look of the bike.
TVS Apache RTR 180, retains the same engine as the previous. It now gets a BS-IV compliant 4-stroke, single cylinder, air cooled, 177.4 cc engine that churns out 17 bhp of power @ 8500 rpm and 16 Nm of torque @ 6500 rpm with a 5-speed transmission gearbox.
It is surely a satisfying commuter for the young studs, who love the street performance. The engine gives a potent full riding experience who cruises with high speeds.
With this powerful engine, it easily marks a top speed of 125 k/h with an efficient mileage figure of 45 km/l.
TVS Apache RTR 180 now gets a “synchronous stiff chassis” for better stability with guaranteed safety.
The well-cushioned seating enables the comfy rides with no any discomfort to the rider and the companion.
As of the suspension setup, the front gets a standard telescopic oil damped unit while the rear boasts a gas-filled adjustable shock monotubes for easy rides.
For braking concern, thanks to TVS for employing the petal discs brakes at both ends to ensure the safe rides and also to get control over the bike under all circumstances. Another best thing is the offering of optional ABS fitment with additional Rear Wheel Lift Off Protection feature.

The Apache RTR 180 with all of all features gets priced at INR 77,224 for the standard variant whereas the new & optional variant ABS costs INR 88,032.

undoubtedly, TVS released a missile into the market that damn surely shivers the urban commuter segment. This revamped model achieves all the acquired expectations and rewards with its desirable parameters.
